Drop-In Care
- Care is offered on a flexible, as-needed basis.
- No long-term commitment or ongoing enrollment is required.
- Walk-ins are welcome as long as space is available.
- Pre-registration on our app is encouraged.
- Time is billed hourly and rounded up to the next full minute.

Age Range
- We care for children ages 12 months to 12 years.
Time Limits
- Children may attend up to 4 hours per day, unless it’s a school-out day, in which case extended care is allowed.
- Weekly package users may use up to 4 hours per day over 6 consecutive days. All hours must be used within the same calendar week.
Food & Snacks
- Morning and afternoon snacks are provided.
- Lunch is available for purchase through our app and delivered by Jordan’s Smokehouse.
- Families may send a labeled lunch or snacks if preferred.
- We are a nut aware facility so please advise staff of any allergies.
Health & Safety
- Children must be free of fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for at least 24 hours before attending.
- We reserve the right to send children home if they become ill while in care.
- Socks are preferred in the play areas.
- A signed waiver and two emergency contacts must be completed before attending.
Payments
- Payment is due at pickup, unless using a prepaid package.
- Packages never expire.**
- Saturday Date Night Packages must be used within 2 months of purchase.
Saturday Date Night Policy
- Includes 4 Saturday nights from 5 PM to 9 PM, with pizza dinner provided.
- Spots are limited. If we are at capacity and an attempt to attend was made, we will make arrangements to ensure your family has the opportunity to use all four nights.

Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please cancel as soon as possible if you can’t attend.
- Repeated no-shows may result in loss of access to future reservations.
Late Pick-Up Policy
- A $1 per minute late fee applies after closing hours.
- Repeated late pickups may affect eligibility for drop-in care.
Package Refund and Expiration Policy**
By purchasing a package, families agree to the terms outlined in this refund and expiration policy.
At Happy Hearts Playcare, our goal is to make things as flexible and stress-free as possible for families.
Below is our policy regarding prepaid package hours:
-All package hours must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
-If you need more time, exceptions or extensions may be granted at the owner’s discretion — just ask! We’re happy to work with you when possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in special cases, such as:
- Family relocation
- Unexpected closure of our facility
If a refund is approved:
- It will be based on the number of hours used at the rate of the package originally purchased.
- The remaining balance will be refunded after prorating the hours already used.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused or expired hours unless approved at the owner’s discretion.
