Waiver & Release of Liability
At Happy Hearts Playcare, your child's safety and well-being are our top priorities. To participate in any of our services, a signed waiver is required. This ensures that families understand our policies and the nature of play-based care.
Please note: The official waiver must be signed in our app before or at your child’s first visit during check-in.
What You’re Agreeing To:
- You acknowledge that indoor play involves normal physical activity and minor risk.
- You agree to notify us if your child has been sick (fever, vomiting, or diarrhea) within the past 24 hours.
- You authorize us to provide basic first aid or call emergency services if needed.
- You release Happy Hearts Playcare and its staff from liability related to injury, illness, or accident while your child is in our care.
- You agree to follow our payment, cancellation, and late pickup policies.
- You may choose whether or not to allow us to use your child’s photo in social media or marketing.
A full version of the waiver will be provided and must be signed digitally in the app before or at check-in on your child’s first visit.
