Plan Your Visit!
What to Bring
To help your child have the best experience possible, please bring the following items on your first visit:
- A spare change of clothes – just in case of spills or accidents.
- Diapers and wipes – if your child is still in diapers, please pack enough for the time they’ll be with us.
- A water bottle (optional) – we have water available, but you’re welcome to bring a labeled bottle from home.
Everything your child brings will be kept in their personal cubby while they’re here.
Once You Arrive
Upon arrival, park in one of our designated spots and open the childcare app before your children get out of the car
Be ready to answer these questions upon entering the building:
- Will they need lunch today?
- What time for expected pick-up?
- Is there anything we should know in case we would need to contact you before estimated pick-up? (For example are you in therapy, or a doctors visit and its for emergency calls only.)
You may go ahead and check in the first child right away.
If you have a second child, after answering all the questions, bring them up to the door and wait until you’re physically at the door before pressing “Check In.”
Our electric door only stays unlocked for 8 seconds after check-in. If you miss the window, no worries just press the door bell, and we’ll be right there to let you in.
Please remember: only one family in the lobby at a time to help us keep the space safe and welcoming for everyone.
Pick Up
When you’re ready to pick up, pull into one of our parking spots, and come to the door.
Open the childcare app and press “Check Out” this will stop your time and unlock the door.
If another family is already inside, please wait just outside the door. You can still press “Check Out” from there to end your time, and we’ll let you in as soon as the lobby is clear.
