Booking & Deposit

• To reserve your party, please call or email us directly.

• A $75 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your date.

• Because parties fill up quickly, we are unable to hold a spot without a deposit.

Party Details

• Each rental includes 2 hours and 40 minutes total:

• 20 minutes before your party for setup

• 2 hours of celebration time

• 20 minutes after for wrap-up

• Sunday's Only @ 2:30
• Saturdays available upon request $500  
  • $250 non-refundable deposit and a 3 week advanced notice
  • Any 3/hr time slot that falls between 9 am - 4 pm
  • Party space must be emptied by 4 pm. 
• 15 invited children (parents can stay)
• 8" cake or 24 cupcakes are included with our partner at Velvet Wisk Bakery. Modifications and extras can be added for a fee.
• Outside food is allowed in designated spaces. No Food or Drink is allowed on or around playset and children zone.
• 8' table is available for use and you are able to bring your own decorations and party supplies. Pins are allowed in walls for decorations.

• Our team handles all cleanup, so you just need to make sure your presents and personal items are packed and ready to go.

Timing & Responsibility

• While we never want families to feel rushed, it is your responsibility to ensure that all guests and belongings are cleared from the party space by the end of your reserved time.

Happy Hearts isn’t just for birthdays. We offer private playtime and group rentals for moms groups, family meet-ups, church groups, homeschools, and other organized gatherings.
